Wyoming Lighting Upgrade Incentives for Multifamily Properties

Rocky Mountain Power offers the Wattsmart Business program, providing rebates for energy-efficient lighting upgrades in multifamily properties. Eligible upgrades include interior and exterior LED lighting installations. Incentives are capped at 70% of eligible project costs and are not available if the simple payback period is under one year. For new construction or major renovations, high-efficiency lighting can be installed during construction to save electricity. Administered by the Wyoming Energy Authority, HESP helps residents save money on energy bills by funding projects to make homes or apartments more energy-efficient.
