Virginia EV Charging Incentives for Multifamily Properties
VA Plug In Alexandria
The Plug In Alexandria program supports multi-family communities with the installation of Level 2 EV charging stations for common area parking spaces that are accessible to residents and their guests in Alexandria, Virginia. Eligible applicants can get back 30% of their EV charger installation costs, up to $10,000. Communities in low-income areas might qualify for up to $15,000 in support. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and the City will evaluate applications approximately every 8 weeks, as funding allows. Submit your application by June 20, 2025, to be considered in the first round!
