UTAH STATE INCENTIVES

Rocky Mountain Power offers cash rebates for energy-efficient upgrades to multifamily properties with four or more units. Eligible upgrades include lighting, HVAC systems, building shell improvements, weatherization, and water heating. Rebates are based on energy savings, with higher incentives for low-income properties. To participate, property owners should contact the program administrator at RMP@ResourceSmart.net or call 1-866-739-9741 before starting any installations.

Dominion Energy provides cash rebates for builders of new multifamily construction who install high-efficiency equipment and build ENERGY STAR-qualified homes. For multifamily projects with four or more connected units, rebates are available for lighting and other energy-efficient upgrades.
