Delaware Multi-family Electric Vehicle Charging Station Rebate Program

The Delaware Multi-family Electric Vehicle Charging Station Rebate Program offers charging station rebates (CP6000, CT4000, CPF50) to Delaware based multi-family dwellings, and, for existing locations, installation reimbursement on a first-come, first-served basis. Rebates cover the eligible cost of up to 75% of the charging station, 70% of the installation, and 75% of future proofing costs. Projects in Priority Areas are eligible for rebates of up to 90% of charging station costs and up to 85% of eligible installation costs. The maximum rebate for multi-family projects is $4,000 for single port chargers and $8,000 for dual port chargers. No single entity may receive more than $100,000 for Multi-Family Dwellings per funding round. Eligible applicants must be the property owners or managers of the site who intend to own the station(s). Delaware Lighting Upgrade Incentives for Multifamily Properties

  • Delmarva Power provides financial incentives for energy-efficient upgrades in master-metered units and common areas of multifamily properties. These upgrades include improvements to outdoor lighting fixtures. Property owners can benefit from reduced energy costs and enhanced tenant comfort.   • Administered by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), the EEIF offers rebates for energy assessments and energy efficiency improvements in non-residential facilities, including multifamily properties. Eligible projects encompass lighting upgrades, HVAC systems, and water heating. The program provides prescriptive improvement rebates for common energy efficiency projects, such as lighting enhancements.

  • This program offers energy assessments and incentives for energy efficiency improvements in residential properties. While primarily focused on single-family homes, multifamily property owners may also benefit from the program's offerings. Incentives are capped at 50% of the total installed cost, subject to program approval and available funds.
